Basic Pizza Dough

Serves 12

1-1/2c. warm water
1tsp sugar
1pkg active dry yeast
1tbs olive oil
4-1/2c. flour (sub up to 1-1/4c. whole wheat)

Combine water, yeast, and sugar. Set aside for 5m, until foamy.
Add oil.
In a food processor, combine flour and salt.
Add yeast.
Cover lightly when mixed and let sit 1h - will double in size.

Bake at 500* for 12-15m.
